The Orientation Experience

Today was my Transfer Student Orientation at St. Kate's. We pretty much just met with our Reflective Woman classmates and professor for a quick discussion about the Summer reading. My professor seems pretty cool. She's typically an art teacher and works mostly with clay. Lunch was also provided for us. It was a choice of salad, pasta salad, chicken salad, a roll, fruit and cookies/dessert bars. Overall it was pretty tasty. After lunch they had a ridiculously corny singing, end of orientation thing. It was pretty hilarious and I think everyone around me was trying to hold back laughs.

Classes start tomorrow. I have only one tomorrow and it is my Reflective Woman course. It's a late night course so I'll be able to chill out until 6pm. The only downside is that it gets over at 9:30pm. Oh well, I'm lucky I only have classes Wednesday and Thursday each week.
